Patrick is a trained chef and restaurateur who has worked throughout Europe. Originally from Belgium, he speaks five languages fluently and could probably muddle his way through a few more!

Steve- second man to Patrick assisting wherever required. In charge of all things IT.

Wendy- in charge of the bar and, in her own quiet way, everything else too. Incredible wiggle! Married to Johnnie. Sorry boys...

Nero- Assistant to Wendy.

Sugeldi- Assistant to Wendy.

Francisca- Assistant to Wendy

Johnnie- Landscaper and ground maintenance. Married to Wendy. Alas...

Prieto- Assistant to Johnny

Tricom- private security for the cabanas. Works for leftovers only. Does not do dog biscuits! Or even Doggie Chocolate Drops specially imported!

Capitan- Son of Tricom. Duties include 'flying' the chickens, resting, playing with friends, resting, beach walking tours with guests, resting. Typical teenage boy really.
